SMALL SCAR SURGERY

Dr. Feldman has devised a small incision system that achieves a targeted rejuvenation of just those parts of the face that he and the patient select for improvement. With this approach, procedures that specifically revitalize the appearance of the brows, or the eyelids, or the cheek, or the neck can be done alone, or in combination, for a customized operation.

The patient shown at right, for example, chose to have a combined face-neck-brow and eyelid lift using small hidden incisions - that allowed her to wear her hair pulled back in a tight ponytail without visible scars or shifts of the hairline that might otherwise signal that she had had cosmetic surgery.
