It is the face that the world sees and reacts to emotionally, and so throughout his thirty year career, Dr. Feldman has devoted himself to developing better methods for rebuilding and resurfacing deformed cheeks, necks, noses, lips, eyelids, and ears- returning the unfortunate victims of accidents, birth defects, wars, and terrorism to a much more normal appearance and a much more normal life. He demonstrated the value of integrating the aesthetic objectives and operative techniques of cosmetic surgery into the reconstructive agenda in order to improve the overall quality of repair. He has written and lectured extensively on the subject, and receives patients from all over the world for the final repair of their face. Some of Dr. Feldman's reconstructive cases have been featured on WCVB-TV Channel 5 in Boston, and on the Discovery Channel on cable TV. In 2003, Dr. Feldman was honored as Rofeh International's Physician of the Year for his long-standing humanitarian contributions.
