There are, of course, those patients who displayed a good deal of upper eyelid skin with a well-defined upper lid groove when they were younger, and simply want to regain that same clean ‘sculptured look’ - while others always had some upper eyelid hooding and yearned to wear eyelid makeup without it smudging - like the two patients seen here.
