UPPER BLEPHAROPLASTY
Hooded or puffy upper eyelids; or tired looking, baggy, or crepey-skinned lower lids; or dark circles and grooves between the lower eyelids and the upper cheeks are all common patient concerns.
For an upper blepharoplasty, Dr. Feldman makes sure that he and the patient select the ‘look’ for the upper eyelids that the patient will be most comfortable with after the eye lid surgery. If the patient has always had hooded upper eyelids, a conservative removal of just a little excess skin may be most appropriate - as was done for the two patients seen here.
