BROWLIFT SURGERY
A lift to low-set or non-arched eyebrows may have a pleasing effect. Should the outer tail of the brows angle downward, a sad expression often results - as was the case before surgery in the patient seen here. Dr. Feldman's browlift surgery, done using the endoscopic brow lift approach, lifts only that portion of the brow that needs lifting through a 1-½ inch incision on each side that is well hidden behind the hairline. No hair is shaved, and no scalp skin is removed. Vertical or oblique skin creases between the eyebrows may be treated using the endoscope to remove over-active frown muscles, or these depressed furrows may be filled with tunneled strips of fat.
